I’m not someone who suddenly decided to become a health expert overnight. I didn’t just complete a brief nutrition certification that skimmed the surface of the fundamentals. I have spent the last 15 years focusing on my own health journey while also assisting others in improving theirs.

Throughout this time, I earned my degree in Nutrition, worked as a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and competed in bodybuilding. Today, I run my own business as both an esthetician and a nutritionist passionately advocating for holistic wellness.
