Cancellation Policy
Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the Brazilian Beauty Spa scheduling policies. When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. All services require a credit card on file to guarantee a reservation. Please have your credit card ready when booking. Your card will not be charged unless you violate the policies below; and the system will automatically charge it. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your treatment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations up to 24 hours can be rescheduled for another date and time but your deposit will not be refunded. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a fee amount of $50.00 dollars per service scheduled EXCEPT for ultherapy and cryolipolysis treatments. For these treatments, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $200 dollars if not canceled within 5 days in advance. Any clients who miss their appointments are subject to a no-show fee amount of 100% price of the treatment scheduled. ARRIVAL Please leave enough time to get to your appointment, anticipating traffic and parking. If you are late, we reserve the right to cut the time of your service and you will be charged the full amount of the service booked. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and we do not have enough time to perform the service, we advise that you reschedule your service and you will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Remember that in order to obtain optimal results from the treatments you must maintain consistency with your sessions. Each patient receives a personalized protocol and it can be changed during this process. PACKAGES Our packages have an expiration date of 60 days. Please make sure to plan accordingly to obtain the desired results. APPOINTMENT REMINDER POLICY When you schedule an appointment with Brazilian Beauty Spa you will receive a text message and an email. Please make sure to check your email and be aware of any text messages and emails coming from Brazilian Beauty Spa.
